From The Bulletin – Bowls Victoria

Lalor Bowling Club member Doug Kneebone was awarded Life
Membership of Bowls Victoria at this week’s AGM at Richmond Union
Bowls Club. Doug has been a stalwart of Victorian bowls for many years
and told the meeting that he was still enjoying it as much as ever. His
dedication to junior bowls has been unstinting, inspiring Schools Pennant
and successful junior programs and he is looking forward to taking the
State Junior team away to compete in the Under-18 Nationals from 30
September in Western Australia. We congratulate Doug and look forward
to working with him for many years to come
